This application is for all the current scheduled events for 2024.
We want you to be successful at our events! This event is all about you the artist/crafts person. This is a great opportunity to place your creations in front of many eyes, generate sales, obtain commissions, and network with other artists.
We have been and will continue to heavily promote all events to attract maximum visitors.
Supreme Fairs is operated by artists for the success of artists and crafts people. We select the best locations for high traffic, high visibility, history of great events, and free parking.

If you hand-make all your items, they are durable, and you believe you can sell them, you qualify to apply.
Who will be accepted?
The earlier you apply the better your chances at being accepted in your category. We limit categories to a small number of artists. If a category is full you will not be accepted. See the list below for deadlines and closed categories. Please do not apply if your category is full. Your work will also be reviewed to make sure it meets the durability and hand-made requirements.

Benefits of the Chatham MA location:
- We are heavily promoting this event to draw as much traffic as possible.
- Spaces are located right off the sidewalk on Main Street and highly visible to traffic.
- Chatham is a prosperous community that enjoys unique quality arts and crafts.
- Chatham Police on-site during the day for traffic and overnight for security.
- Free entry for the public and free parking on-site.
- Event is to be promoted on many internet sites including Google local map.
- The event is to be listed on the two largest local news websites.
- Location has a history of attracting lots of traffic for fairs.
- Adjacent convenience store for refreshments.
- Public toilets are onsite.
- The street is a main drive through downtown, local beaches, and very busy.
- Chatham attracts many tourists that often want to obtain unique memorable items.
- Local restaurants and unique stores attract shoppers to the area.

- Free entry for the public and free parking on-site.
- Event is to be promoted on many internet sites including Google local map.
- The event is to be listed on the two largest local news websites.
- Orleans is a tourist attraction.
- Public toilets are onsite.
- The street is a main drive through downtown, local beaches, and very busy.
- Local restaurants and the National Sea Shore attract shoppers to the area.

All Artists and Crafts People are invited to apply. As a juried show we use judges to review applications. This process insures that our shows have a wide variety of items which attracts shoppers. Please submit images of your work or a link to images on your website. We do not allow mass-produced/resale items. Please do not offer to serve food and beverage items. No alcoholic beverages, firearms, or illegal items are allowed.
Show Rules
We have show rules to help create an attractive, safe, friendly, and organized event. Some of the rules are implemented to protect the property, and some are set by local mandates/regulations. One of our main goals is to create an attractive atmosphere/venue for both the shopper and the seller. We want artists and crafts people to be successful in their presentation and shoppers to be thrilled by the experience. We would like everyone to be proud of this marketplace and happy to enjoy many more of these events.

- All Shows are open independent of most weather conditions. However, in rare cases show hours maybe subject to change due to extreme weather.
- All exhibitors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales taxes. State sales tax ID is required to apply. If you do not have a Tax ID, you can get it here: Massachusetts Tax Connect (MA state site)
- Tents must be 10ft x 10ft or 10ft x 20ft commercial type, sturdy, durable, with back and side walls. Popup light duty shade tents do not qualify because they do not hold up to wind or rain. Vendors must have proof of flame retardant usually marked on the tent with a tag or label. If a tag does not exist, you must have written proof available during the event.
Example of commercial type: Commercial Series, white tent (Amazon) - All exhibitors are responsible for delivery, set up and removal of their own display and materials.
- Before setup, please register one hour prior to show opening.
- Parking: After registering, unloading and prior to setup your vehicles must park in the designated area. Vehicles not in this specified area may be towed at the owner's expense.
- Securing your tents require your own weights (Min. 40lbs per tent leg). Tent stakes are not allowed in Chatham.
- Displays: All tables or display stands must be covered on all sides to the ground. All items must be marked with a price. Displays must be kept neat, professional and remain inside your tent space. Do not place anything in the isles.
- We do not allow attachments to any structure on the property. Do not use tent stakes in Chatham.
- Your display / tent must remain in place for the entire show.
- All tents / displays must be secured and covered during closed hours. If you remove display items for overnight, they should be replaced prior to the next day's opening time.
- You are responsible to keep your area clean. An additional clean up fee of $150.00 will be applied if your space is not maintained.
- Once accepted you may not add any products (that you did not mention in your application) without consulting us.
- Trash containers are on location for small amounts of waste. If you cannot find one, please ask one of our attendants. Large amounts of trash are to be removed by the applicant.
- No exhibitor may share booth space without prior notification and approval.
- No open flames are allowed.
- End of Event: All tents and items must be removed within two hours of closing. In most cases by 6PM.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is a $50.00 insufficient funds fee when applicable.
- Exhibitor's pets are not allowed at shows. (Service animals are exempt.)
- All Exhibitors must follow any local regulations regarding masks, parking, plastic water bottles, plastic bags, etc. Currently there are no mask mandates.
- If you are unable to participate in a show you must inform us ASAP. The phone number and contact information will be provided in your acceptance email.
- We do not provide Wi-Fi or cellular services. Many vendors report there is cellular service at these locations.
- Vendor written cancellations are mandatory. All fees are non-refundable.
Show Fees
$30 non-refundable desosit fee (per location) at the time of application. When you submit this application form you will be taken to a confirmation page which will allow you the opportunity to pay your deposit fee(s).
Deposit fee(s) are deducted from your balance.
If you are accepted, your balance must be paid in full to hold your spot.
Chatham Location:
10ft. x 10ft. spaces are $150 per day ($300 total) for two days.
10ft. x 20ft. spaces are $300 per day ($600 total) for two days.
Orleans Location:
10ft. x 10ft. spaces are $130 for one day.
10ft. x 20ft. spaces are $260 for one day.

Paying the balance of your space is due upon acceptance. If for any reason you decide not to participate in an event, fees are non-refundable.
